How are your spices sourced?
We source all our spices directly from small, independent farmers across South Asia. By cutting out the middlemen, we ensure that farmers earn 6x the industry standard while you receive the freshest harvest possible.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Are your products organic?
While not all our partner farms hold formal USDA certification due to cost, we prioritize regenerative agriculture and chemical-free farming practices. Each spice batch is lab-tested for purity and heavy metals.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and the UK. We are working hard to expand our logistics to bring our heritage spices to more countries soon.
What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.
How should I store my spices for maximum freshness?
To preserve the potent essential oils, store your spices in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and heat sources like the stovetop. Our airtight tins are designed to keep them fresh for up to a year.
